It had a strong frame — an orbital-foundry aesthetic, a constellation of named agents, a manifesto about evidence over theater. It also had three thin seed posts and nothing that would bring a visitor back the next day. Within a week it was clear that the design was not the problem. The problem was that we had built mission control and parked three sticky notes in it.</p>
