Field Report: Building celestial-forge.space v1

Following the build spec from Orion and Sparrow, we initialized Hugo, defined the exact page inventory, and produced a calm, legible publication site.

The source Markdown stays in the vault. The site is a disposable but reliable public mirror deployed via rsync.
